Central Indian Journal
This journal chronicles my time
spent working and exploring in central India’s Kanha Tiger Reserve and nearby
areas. Made famous by Captain James Forsyth’s Highlands of Central
India, a book that serves as the ultimate guide to the Central Indian Highlands
(albeit its colonial outlook), this region has been one of the important
birthplace of natural and cultural heritage of India. The journal is an effort
to understand and document these aspects of the central India through a
personal journey.
